I'm not going to lie, it's been a bit rough for us. The adjustment hasn't really been that easy. Still, I can't wait for Craig to go to work - he'll get out of my hair and start to get into a routine. Here's the funny thing about not having a job... it makes you feel kind of useless. As a mom, my identity usually revolves around Yoavi and work. Take work out of the equation and I'm going nutty. Seriously.
SOMEONE HIRE ME ALREADY! I'm awesome, I promise. You'll love having me around - I bake really yummy things as a stress reliever.
I recognize that I need something other than my kid and work to make me feel human but that's not happening right now. Once upon a time, I used to go to the gym - now with bad feet that hurt when I walk, I'd rather not chance it. Still, I miss the gym ... and yoga.
The home front is quiet. Sparky got a stunning new haircut (I'll post pictures later) and Cecil is very well adjusted to American life. Life is pretty good. What's new for you, my friends?

It is rough out there especially for people who want to work. My son in law is out of work too and it does cause worry and stress.
I've got my fingers crossed for you!
