If you are one of the millions of people in America who is still without a job there are many things that you can do in the mean time to look for one and put yourself out there. One thing that I have seen recommended many times is to get involved with your church or other volunteer organization. Just getting out there and meeting people might put you in contact with just the right person who can help you land your next job and at the same time you can do something that will be benefitting someone else by volunteering. Another thing that you should do is scouring the internet looking for jobs that you are qualified for. Monster.com is a great resource for finding jobs in your local area. Of course you will need an internet connection to search on Monster but don’t worry you can look for satellite internet in my area by clicking that link and checking to find out how you can get internet in your area. You should also tell everyone that you know that you are looking for a job. Even people you don’t know can help you if they know of an opening.
