I totally believe it. I use to waste money all the time... Until I started doing finances and accounting (before I was a SAHM). Now I track every dime. By hubby use to hate it, until he started seeing the extra money we had!
I realize I am the culprit too after reading this. I hate it when i buy something n don't use it at all.
My husband used to use any ATM he found and not even pay attention to the fees... well, after several years of training him, I think he finally gets it. :)
